Please be aware that we may provide a copy of the takedown notice — including your contact details — to the party responsible for the allegedly infringing content.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or misidentified, you may file a counter-notification. To submit your counter-notification, please include the following details:

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the URL or description of its location prior to being taken down.
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court where you live (or any judicial district in which the platform may be found if you are outside the U.S.), and that you will accept legal process from the original complainant or their representative.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive your counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If they do not initiate legal action within 10–14 business days, we may, at our discretion, restore the material in question.
