Service Cancellations:

Dissatisfaction with Cleaning:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a free re-clean, partial refund, or credit toward a future service, depending on the nature of the complaint.

Access Issues:

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to incorrect entry instructions, locked doors, or the client not being present (when required), the service will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Recurring Services:

Clients subscribed to recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) must notify us at least 3 days in advance to cancel or pause upcoming appointments to avoid charges.

Special Requests or Add-On Services:

Payments made for special services or deep cleaning add-ons are non-refundable once performed. Please clarify service expectations in advance to ensure satisfaction.
